Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of visionary leadership behaviors on employees’ organizational commitment and justice perception. Fort his purpose , a field study with banking sector employers in Erzurum was conducted. Data gathered by conducting a survey from 171 employees working in different banks were analyzed by using correlational and regressional analysis methods. According to the analysis findings, there is a positive and meaningful relationhip between visionary leadership, organizational commitment and justice perception. These findings manifest the importance of visionary leadership on organizational commitment and justice perception.
