Abstract
Decision for the Enterprise and its location is a long term strategic investment that requires the best judgement and also a high-cost to change for the companies. Determination of criteria on the selection of enterprise location carries utmost significance. These factors show variability with regard to the facility s geographic, cultural, economic, environmental, demographic, juridical structures. Under the scope of this research, the researches until now, about choosing location of enterprise, it is aimed to show slubbered factors and to detect the factors which affect this situation. In accordance with this aim, a survey consisting of 40 questions was applied to private public sector employees who are experts about logistics and procurement and 462 academics who were chosen randomly in Eastern Anatolia region. The binary regression analysis method was used on determining the factors of choosing location of enterprise within the survey. The result of analysis determined the attitudes and decisions of the participants towards the selection of enterprise location. Also as a result of this study, we proposed that region should do some improvements on physical and institutional infrastructure.
