Abstract
Settling in Beykoz has been reached very deep in history. In addition, population has started to increase in the times of Ottoman and got crowd after 1955’s. Migrations had big impacts on increasing of population. Especially migrations from cities which have cost to Blacksea was intensive, but Beykoz had migration from all over the Turkey. Settling in Beykoz wasnt much like planned but especially was focused on flat fields and valley shoulders. Topographic conditions are not the only thing that had impact on separation of population, location to economically important places also has taken role on separation of population.
