Abstract
In this study, the electronic energy levels of GaAs/ InxGa1-xAs/GaAs single square quantum well (SQW) have been analytically calculated. The numerical results have clearly illustrated the electronic energy levels dependency to the SQW structure parameters. Such as, In concentration, the barrier height and the width of the well.
