  • Abstract
    In this article implementation of Scrum method to human resources department of a company has been considered. Mean position closing duration was 45 days before using scrum method. Scrum method used 2 years in the human sources department of the company. With the implementation of the method a decrease of 15 days was obtained. Scrum method has been provided a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. The method is founded on empirical process control theory. Empiricism asserts that knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is known.
