Factors affecting the development of cooperatives in forest villages

Because of some potential benefits such as reducing of poverty, developing of human resource, supporting of entrepreneurship and providing employment for years cooperative system is one of the most instruments that is used for rural development. And also, it is known that cooperatives can t provide the expects due to the fact that the politics of the state can t ensure the continuity, can t be solved of the legal and managerial problems, and the most important one is the low education level. In this research, cooperative approach to forest villages of managers of cooperatives, cooperative development efforts and the factors that have an impact are classified such as; (1) the image of a reliable and powerful cooperatives, (2) planned and consistent government policies, (3) suitable and a clear legal framework, (4) development of human sources, (5) effective organization and co-operation and (6) funding opportunities. After classifying, statuses of these cooperatives were investigated. Population of the study is the cooperatives are operating within the boundaries of the Forestry Directorate of Bucak on Forest District Directorate of Isparta
