Abstract
Quality of life is a popular modern subject. Nowadays the term “quality of life is being used frequently in daily life We can observe the term in newspapers and TV commercials. It is often used as an argument for purchasing a certain product. The commercial claims that the product will raise ones quality of life is te main basis of the idea which is supposed to be strongest motive to purchase the product. Quality of life as a concept is now also common in many serious discourses. Such as social care and medical care. Today, quality of life is then quite often described as the goal of the professional activities. In this study we evaluate philosophical foundations the quality of life and justification of their approach in the current literature.
