Abstract
The performance measurement system plays a critical role in achieving the competitiveness of manufacturing systems. For that reason the manufacturers are conducting performance measurements via several methods in order to analyze their current situations and determine recoverable and improvable fields. In present study, a model which can measure manufacturing performance of a plant in glass industry has been proposed. The coefficients of the performance dimensions and indicators used in this model have been detected via Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The six-month manufacturing performance of the plant has been measured via proposed method; performance measurement results have been compared.
