Abstract
This aim of the study is to determine the risks and its sources relating to the cost and to assess the financial situations of the sport organizations held in our country in terms of risk management.This research was done with 55 top and mid-level managers and 50 experts who work at the Sport General Directorate. The survey of the risk assessment including risk factor that may affect financial value and composed of 43 items was applied to the research group in order to determine financial risks and risk sources regarding sport organizations. As a result of this study; external, financial, activity and human related risks concerning this organization and the impact of these risks were evaluated on performance, timetable and finance according to the criteria of the impact rating result.
