Social Studies Teachers in Turkey Politics Metaphorically Perceptions Concept

Politics is the carrier of ideas and orientations as it is to lead the people from a certain world view and to establish an organization for it. Therefore, there is a subjective point of view regarding the concept of politics. This point of view is based on the idea that the individual possesses variability. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to reveal the perceptions of the social science teachers about the concept of politics according to the gender stereotype through metaphors. In the study group of the study, Malatya, Adıyaman, Sivas, Amasya, Antalya, Muğla and Bursa, 340 students in total, including 190 male and 150 female, constitute a teacher candidate in the academic year of 2017-2018. The data of the research, the social information in the scope of the research, the candidates of the teacher Politics ...... similar; because ...... was achieved by completing the cümlesla. The content analysis technique was used in analyzing and interpreting the data. According to the results of the research, it was found that the majority of male and female social studies teacher candidates regarded politics as Political Concept as Material Association.
