Abstract
The purpose for this study is to determine the knowledge about hygiene of the personnel working at fishery retail sale place in Yozgat and Kırşehir cities. During the study, a total of 17 people were questioned; 35,29% of them graduated from high school and 64,71% of them graduated from primary school. 94.12% of the participants stated that they should have a health check. It was determined that 52,94% of staffs passing health control had both throat and stool control, and 47,06% had only throat control. In generally, it has been observed that the appearance of employees in terms of hands, clothes and hairs is good.
