  • Abstract
    In today s competitive conditions, it is accepted that enterprise image is an important factor in creating customer loyalty. In this context, the aim of the research is to determine the effect of physical elements on customer loyalty in the perception of corporate image. It is predicted that physical elements are especially valuable for customers of historical hotel businesses. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 271 guests who were staying at 4 historical hotels in the region called Pera region in İstanbul Beyoğlu. According to the findings, the dimensions of personnel service, visuality, hardware / equipment, internal quality, external and other factors from the dimensions of corporate image perception have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. Based on this result, business managers are advised to create image in the frame of physical elements.
