Abstract
Red Crescent Association carried out aid organizations during and after the war to Ottoman soldiers captured in World War I. Some of those aids, which were also contributed by Red Cross organizations of neutral countries, were food, money and clothing, delivering parcels sent and paid by captive soldiers’ families, helping families communicate with the soldiers via letters and postcards. The captive soldiers from Bolu also benefited from this assistance. In this study, the aid organization given to the captive soldiers from Bolu by Red Crescent Association was discussed.
