  • Abstract
    This research, planned as a descriptive and correlational in a cross-sectional type, has been applied on a total of 199 blue collar employees working in two different manufacturing factories in Karaman province, in order to determine whether there are relationships between lean management, motivation, job satisfaction and talent management perceptions. In the search, 5 questions including demographic information, 1 question for lean management knowledge, the scale of Minnesota satisfaction, motivation, talent management perception and lean management perception have been applied as data collection form. The data obtained were analyzed via SPSS program for descriptive statistics and ANOVA, K. Wallis, T test and Correlation analyzes and Bonferroni test was used for further analysis. There have been found significant results between the scales and age, education and work experience according to the search findings. There hasn’t been a significant difference between sex and marital status and job satisfaction. However, there has been a positive and significant correlation among scales according to the scores.
