Communication is an integral part of people’ both daily and working life. Having established communication paves the way for being peaceful and happy in daily life as well as being more successful in working life. For effective communication it is necessary to have basic communication skills. The basic communication skills of individuals affect job satisfaction levels. The job satisfaction level also increases for those who have strong communication skills.The purpose of this study on the finance sector employees is to determine how the basic communication skills of the employees in the sector affect job satisfaction. Hypotheses developed for the purpose of the research were tested. Correlation and Regression analyzes were used to evaluate the data. As a result of the analyzes conducted in the study, it was observed that there is positive and significant relationship statistically between basic communication skills and job satisfaction of finance sector employees in Ankara Province.
