Abstract
This research aims to reveal the relationships between workplace ostracism and personality traits in casuality framework. In the perspective of this purpose, the characteristics of the relationships between workplace ostracism and personality traits such as which traits are antecedents and which traits are outcomes of workplace ostracism, are surveyed. At first, the relationships between workplace ostracism and big five personality traits in the perspective of five factor theory. Aftermath the other personality traits are reviewed. Totally 12 personality traits are reviewed, 4 of them are antecedents of workplace ostracism and 6 of them are outcomes of workplace ostracism. The moderator and mediating effects of 9 of these 12 personality traits are observed. This research will guide the researchers who decided to conduct a research including workplace ostracism.Furthermore, this study can be helpful fort he managers aiming to determine organizational policies.
