Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discover how emotional labor affect job satisfaction. In this regard, data on personnel working in the Family, Labor, and Social Services Directorates in Adyaman and its districts was obtained through questionnaires.The data obtained from the research were analyzed by SPSS 25 and Amos 23 programs. As a consequence of the study, it’s been discovered that surface and deep acting have no effect on job satisfaction; on the other hand, genuine acting has been discovered to have a positive impact on job happiness. In addition, when the frequency distributions related to emotional labor and job satisfaction are examined, it is seen that the employees generally respond positively to the expressions of deep acting, genuine acting and job satisfaction.
