  • Abstract
    The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between technostress perceptions of school administrators and individual innovative characteristics. 285 school administrators working in elementary, secondary and high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE), located in the districts of Edirne province and central Edirne, participated in the research. In the study, it was determined that the technostress perceptions of the school administrators were moderate. Individual innovativeness levels of school administrators were found to be in the questioning category. It is found that there is a low level, negative and significant relationship between individual innovation and techno-complexity. There is a low negative and significant relationship between individual innovation and techno-insecurity. There is a low positive and significant relationship between individual innovation and techno-uncertainty.
