Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the post graduate theses in the field of classroom management. This is a qualitative case study. The population of the study is post graduate theses written between the years 2011-2016. Because we reached the whole population, we did not take any sample. Classification form was used as a data collection tool. Data were analyzed with content analysis technique. In sum, classroom management qualifications, skills, and managing student behaviors are the most popular themes in classroom management field. Studies are conducted, generally, in quantitative methods, qualitative and mixed methods are rarely used. Most studies were conducted in primary school level; there are a few studies in secondary and higher education levels. It is suggested that for classroom management studies cultural, social and psychological aspects of classrooms can be understood by detailed, multidimensional and interdisciplinary study techniques.
