Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to research the relation between the goal of social network of school administrators and their individual innovativeness levels. It is a descriptive study in study-survey model. The universe of the research is the school administrators in Sakarya province. The sample was selected from the universe by simple random sampling method based on the principle of unbiasedness. The data received has been analysed by using descriptive and relational statistic techniques. According to research results, it can be said that as goals of social networks usage of school administrators increase with the aim of starting communication, their levels of taking risks in innovating themselves will increase at least. Also, % 1 percent of reasons of social networks usage of school administrators with the aim of starting communication is caused by factors of taking risks in individual innovativeness. It can be said that the more goal of social networks usage of school administrators increases with the aim of sharing content, the more their levels of openness to experience in innovating themselves will increase. Moreover, % 11 percent of reasons of social networks usage of school administrators with the aim of sharing content is caused by factors of openness to experience.
