Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to investigate the lifelong learning tendencies and 21st century teaching skills of teachers. The research was designed with relational survey model and it was carried out with 280 high school teachers. The data of the study were obtained by using “Lifelong Learning Tendency Scale” and “21st Century Teacher Skills Use Scale”. Mann-Whitney U, Kruskall-Wallis H tests and Spearman Brown correlation coefficient statistics were used in the analysis of the research data. As a result of the research it was found that teachers lifelong learning tendencies and 21st century teacher skills levels were high. It was found that teachers lifelong learning tendencies showed significant difference to gender variable. However, there was no significant difference between 21st century teacher skills according to gender. In addition, a positive, moderate and significant relationship was found between teachers lifelong learning tendencies and 21st century teacher skills.
