  • Abstract
    A cadmium-mercury-telluride photovoltaic hybrid array of 1024 elements is described. The device operates in the 8¿14 ¿m band and is electronically scanned by means of MOS silicon switches. An example of a `staring¿ image obtained with the device is shown.
