Abstract :
Datamacs, a test data generator program, is now available for Univac, Spectra, and Burroughs large-scale computer systems. According to the supplier, Management and Computer Services, the Datamacs II package can be used as a stand-alone and/or Cobol-imbedded program test tool. MACS reports that it reduces test run, rerun, and programmer debug times, and eliminates clerical effort in test data preparation and large live file use.
