Abstract :
The power loss, domain wall motion and flux density of neighbouring grains in polycrystalline commercial samples of grain-oriented 3% silicon-iron have been measured. Six areas in three neighbouring grains have been investigated. Grain 3 is separated from the other two grains by a boundary which is approximately in the rolling direction. Grains 1 and 3 are perfectly oriented,
