Abstract :
A high speed class AB bipolar voltage-current convertor (VCCS) which demonstrates good precision and is suitable for monolithic IC fabrication is described. Accuracy is improved by using an auxiliary high speed VCCS and a proper base-current compensation scheme. Some experimental results are reported which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed circuit configuration.
