Abstract :
A high-performance barretter mount developed at 94 GHz in W-band is described, which has an effective efficiency of more than 99%. Both matching bandwidth and sensitivity are also satisfactory. The mount is useful for precise power measurement in W-band and the method of construction is applicable to high-performance barretter mounts in other millimetre bands.
