Abstract :
A three-dimensional antenna is designed to miniaturise the flat-styled microstrip antenna using irises alternately attached beneath the patch plane and on the ground plane. This miniaturised three-dimensional antenna size is reduced to 79.1% of the size of the general plane type microstrip antenna.
