Abstract
Contrary to conventional belief, this paper shows that even a simple model can make consistent intelligent moves that cannot be differentiated from the moves made by average human players. Our approach is distributive in nature, which does not require tree searching. Some theoretical aspects of connection games played on a Go board are also investigated
