Abstract :
The static threshold characteristics of interferometers with five Josephson point junctions having different critical currents are numerically evaluated. In the case of small magnetic self fields, analytical approximations are derived for the static interferorneter characteristics. An algorithm is described to determine the ratio of the critical currents of the junctions for given side-lobe levels of the threshold characteristics.
