  • Abstract
    An accurate analytical procedure is presented for the asymmetrical coplanar waveguide and coplanar strip lines with uniaxially anisotropic substrate. Frequency-dependent hybrid-mode values of the propagation constants and characteristic impedances are presented, and they are in good agreement with the quasistatic values at low frequencies for all cases.
