Abstract :
Field expressions are derived for the scattering of a linearly polarized plane wave by a two-dimensional array of small perfectly conducting discs at arbitrary angles of incidence and reflection. The discs, whose radii may be "slightly" nonuniform, are regularly arranged in a rectangular or circular array.
