Abstract :
Unequally spaced 10 channel WDM add/drop multiplexing/transmission over 240 km of DSF was demonstrated by employing a fold-back AWG ADM filter. Advanced network functions and increased network capacity can be realised by using WDM-ADM. This approach will play a major role in constructing transparent lightwave networks
