Abstract :
The letter presents simulation results for four different schemes of isarithmic congestion avoidance in computer networks. These schemes differ in their methods of distribution of permits among nodes of a computer network. Some simulation results are presented for all these schemes, in terms of throughput and delay for a 10-node network. These results reveal a few interesting properties of various schemes.
