Abstract :
In this paper, layouts for eight-, nine- and ten-segment Arabic numeric displays are introduced. As an exarnple, a BCD-to-ten segment-decoder, to be used for deriving the ten-segment-layout, is designed. An acceptable layout for a seven-segment-Arabic numeric display is also discussed.
