Abstract :
A scheme of storing very high-speed digital signals is presented, which requires no special components other than conventional IC´s and only one clock period for recording data. By using commercially available ECL for example, the rate of data recording can reach as high as 150 MHz. This method is suitable for both single and multiple channel data recordings.
