Abstract :
Fe3O4films were prepared using a slightly modified reactive sputtering procedure. The temperature dependence of coercivity of Fe-oxide films at various stages of oxidation demonstrates that the transformation from Fe3O4to γ-Fe2O3is a continuous process.
