Abstract :
Dr. Tsu-Jae King, after having served since 1999 as Editor for IEEE Electron Device Letters in the subject area of Silicon Device and Technology, has decided to resign from her post. On behalf of IEEE ELECTRON DEVICE LETTERS staff and readers, The Editor-in-Chief thanks her for the excellent contribution over the past years.
