Abstract :
A rigorous spectral-domain analysis is carried out to determine the resonant frequency characteristics of resonators in a general suspended substrate stripline. The resonant frequency characteristics of single as well as coupled rectangular resonators are computed. An important observation for resonators in broadside-coupled suspended substrate stripline is that the even- and odd-mode resonant frequencies are considerably different.
