Abstract :
A dual-band antenna design that covers the 2.26-2.54 GHz and 5.14-6.10 GHz bands is presented. The proposed antenna design consists of two patch radiators suspended above a ground plane. The performance in the lower and upper bands can be controlled with less mutual coupling effect. The antenna also features less beam squinting of the radiation patterns at boresight for both operating bands.
