Abstract :
An algorithm which calculates the modal capacitances and the gap capacitance of coupled microstrip elliptic disks embedded in layered media with dielectric anisotropy is discussed. The capacitance parameters determined are useful in accounting for coupling effects in the design of interacting lumped microstrip components of elliptic shape
