Abstract
The stacked two-dimensional spectral iteration technique (SIT) introduced in an accompanying paper is further developed and extended to the case of an
-polarized field incident on an arbitrary conducting cylinder. As before, the method takes advantage of the simplicity with which the relationships between planar sources and fields are expressed in the spectral domain.
