Abstract :
We present a new analytical solution for a current/voltage characteristic of space-charge-limited currents in materials with a nonlinear velocity-field relationship. Unlike previously reported results, this solution describes a gradual transition between the regimes of constant mobility and field-independent drift velocwity.
