Abstract :
We fabricated a low-loss TM-pass polariser at ¿ = 1.32 ¿m integrated with low-loss titanium waveguides in Z-cut LiNbO3. The polariser, fabricated by proton exchange, had an excess insertion loss of 0.3 dB and a polarisation extinction ratio of > 40dB.
