Abstract :
The saturation magnetization of Nd2(Fe1-xCox)14B Ms(x) measured up to 32T by the pulse field method shows a maximum around x=0. 1. The behavior is explained by the rigid band model. The temperature dependence of Mössbauer spectrum for Nd2Fe14B is analyzed by taking line width and intensity ratio of six subspectra as constant values and hyperfine parameters for Nd2Fe14B are obtained. Utilizing Ms(x) and hyperflne parameters for Nd2Fe14B at R.T., the Mössbauer spectra for x=0.3 and 0.4 are analyzed by the random substitution model of Co for Fe in Nd2(Fe1-xCox)14B. The analysis suggests that each k1, k2, j1and j2site has a maximum in the dependence of Hhf(n) on the number of nearest neighbor Fe atoms n, while each c and e site has monotonical decrease of Hhf(n).
