Abstract
An application of bivariate interpolation of the function
with the
defined at irregularly distributed points in the
plane is described and compared to several classical interpolation schemes. Practical antenna applications in which bivariate interpolation has been utilized deal with reflector thermal distortion analysis, shaped-beam antenna pattern/gain evaluation, and antenna range parallax correction of experimental data.
