Abstract :
The solution to the problem of scattering of a plane wave by an infinite periodic array of meander-line thin conductors on a dielectric sheet is considered. Numerical results on perpendicular and parallel polarization susceptances are given as well as a comparison with experimental data over a large frequency range. Results showing variations of array´s susceptances with respect to constitutive parameters are also presented.
