Abstract :
Nantero´s alternative to flash memory has reached its sell-by date. Nantero´s technology, based on carbon nanotubes, seemed to be the opening salvo in the nano-technology revolution. Nanotechnology nanotube-based nonvolatile memory chip is developed.
