Abstract
The effect of the substitution of Fe by Co and Al in Nd2 Fe14-x-y COx Aly B (
) alloys on their domain structure has been investigated. The observations of the domain structure have been carried out at room temperature by means of the magneteoptical polar Kerr effect. The domain wall energy density has been determined. An attempt has been made to explain the compositional dependence of the domain wall energy.
