Abstract :
This paper describes the preparation of Sm-Co amorphous magnetic films by vacuum co-evaporation with two heating sources. Composition of the films is adjusted by controlling the evaporating rate proportion of sources. The substrate temperature during evaporation is 298 K\\sim 301 K. The microstructure and the composition were measured by TEM and SEM, respectivelly. The magneto-optical and the galvano magnetic effects have been studied.
