Abstract :
The year 2009 is the 125th anniversary of the founding of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers (AIEE), the parent organization of the IEEE. In recognition of our 125th anniversary, the IEEE Board of Directors has authorized that a special anniversary master brand be used on IEEE publications this year. Shown below, this is its first appearance in this magazine.
